Although a reasonably experienced programmer, I would have appreciated a little bit more of a discussion preceeding each example. The code examples themselves were poorly formatted and difficult to read. Could have been much more useful..

There are many books on the subject of Excel VBA and Access VBA together with a few covering Word VBA. So where are the Outlook and Powerpoint VBA books? This book not only covers all five in one cover but also includes seven examples of interaction between them. A rare treat!Although it gives an overview of the VBA/VBE environment, this book is not for those wanting to learn VBA programming. However, I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone with VBA experience. The examples are clearly described (supplemented by screenshots where necessary) and, as you would expect from good programming practise, there are comments throughout the code. Example files are available for download too. I have yet to find a Holy Macro! book that is not worth buying.
