At this kind of price, it's a must buy. The book was purchased for me as a Christmas gift and it's been invaluable ever since. If your looking to enhance your skills, and take your excel spreadsheets/workbooks to the next level then this is the kind of material you must get hold of (most users only scratch the surface of Excel's potential). There's lots of expansion on all the necessary functions (i.e. IF's, AND, OR, COUNTIF'S, SUMIF'S, SUMPRODUCT etc) which will make a huge difference in your day to day usage of this fantastic application.
Excel is such a powerful programme and books like this help us to appreciate what can be achieved. Great book!

This text clearly focuses on practical skills required to exploit Spreadsheet Technology and specifically Microsoft Excel 2007. By understanding and applying simple yet advanced techniques when modeling business scenarios and processing business data, spreadsheets become more stable and reliable and contain fewer design errors. The outcome is that business decisions based on spreadsheet models become more reliable. Many organisations have fallen foul of spreadsheets containing design errors. This text teaches a basic set of rules to avoid bad spreadsheets and should be available to every student and business planner.
