twilight January 8, 2009 this album is amazing, but its missing robert pattinsons song "sign me up" from the scene where hes sucking the venom out of bella, best song in the film, his voice is simply beautiful.
is there any albums with that song on?
One of the best movie soundtracks out there January 8, 2009 Inspired by the playlist from Stephanie Meyer, author of the novel and the incredibly successful movie "Twilight", this is the stuff that great soundtracks are made of.
With some great tracks like the intense (and strangely catchy) "Supermassive Black Hole" from Muse, the very punk "I Caught Myself" from Paramore, and more surprisingly, the amazingly moody "Never Think" by Rob Pattinson (should I need to introduce him as Twilight's Edward Cullen?)
And of course, the best part of the soundtrack which the fans waited a very long time to hear; the already legendary instrumental track "Bella's Lullaby" a beautiful, haunting and uplifting piano and strings piece - the composer Carter Burwell captured the beauty of the dreamlike love Edward has for Bella Swan in the story, and the saddest part of the song is it ends far too soon!
Some of the Soundtrack CDs have bonus tracks including a short, very chilling "Let me Sign" from Rob Pattinson and an interesting remix of "Bella's Lullaby".
If you've already seen the movie, this soundtrack will make your day as each and every track will remind you of the scene it played in, and bring back the best parts of the movie for you musically. If you haven't seen the movie, songs on this soundtrack will still somehow manage to tell the story to you in the simplest way.
Definately get this soundtrack, it's fun, it's sexy, it's romantic, it's everything a soundtrack needs to be.
Evocative, spine tingling and fab! January 6, 2009 Great sound track, has the same feel of the fisrt Buffy soundtrack with some well known artists and some not so well known finishing with Bella's lullaby. Even the Rob Pattinson track (which while the instrumental is stunning it kinda loses it once he starts singing, sorry but its true!) fits in well and holds its own. Very evocative of the film but I wanted some My chemical Romane in there just to round it off.
Fits perfectly with the books... January 4, 2009 I read all the books and so had to see the movie. The music was brilliant although didn;t figure where all the songs fitted in - so had to see the movie again (any excuse!!). Absolutely love this CD.
Absolutly amazing!! December 31, 2008 The Movie, books and cd is amazing and I totally agree with the reviewer above You would absolutly understand the songs after you had seen the movie! I seen it like 4 times now:) My favourites are Muse, Linkin Park, Rob Pattinson, Iron and Wine and Definatley Bella's Lullaby!
I luv it and I promise anyone who loves the movie will love this cd!
