Bill Jelen (MrExcel) has written several very good books on the subject of Excel and many of the techniques from those books can be seen on the free Podcasts (2-4 minute videos) that can be downloaded each weekday from his web site.
Taking it a stage further, Bill has now produced two 'LiveLesson' DVDs - one for Excel 2003 and one for Excel 2007 (I have both) - with each lesson clearly explaining and demonstrating a particular Excel topic/technique. This is done in a way very similar to the Podcasts but the DVD has the topics/lessons grouped (charts, text, sorting, pivot tables etc.) - if you like the Podcasts, you'll love the DVD!
Those new to Excel will find the DVD content invaluable and the more advanced Exceller will find it interesting and useful. The expert Exceller will no doubt get something from it too.
