I bought this book for my 4 year old son who has Aspergers and ADHD and it has really helped both him and the rest of the family.

It has really helped us calm my child quickly and more easily and has sometimes prevented a really angry episode from even happening. He now attempts to regulate himself if he feels he's losing control and starts to count to make the beast go back to sleep.

What I like about this book is that it helps to disassociate the anger and the resulting actions from the individual and links them to the beast instead. This helps with the child's self esteem and confidence as they understand they are not naughty or bad but the actions driven by the beast are not nice. The child also learns techniques to help control themselves and calm down.

I highly recommend this book for ANY child as anger is an emotion we all feel. The better we are able to manage anger, the happier and healthier we will all be!
