Excellent for dipping into July 17, 2007

I am a University Lecturer and teach an introduction to IT module for first year students. I recommend this book to my first year u/g students who are new, or lack confidence in using Excel. Unlike many other texts it doesn't include lots of detail and tutorial exercises which take a lot of time to work through, but it does provide quick and simple solutions to common problems/issues when using Excel 2003. For example, how to use the IF function, apply conditional formatting or use VLOOKUP.
