This book is written for an American audience, and refers to US taxation rates and laws. I do not believe that this is made clear when you are considering a purchase. Although it is a reasonable price and has some general advice about starting a business there are plenty more UK guides that are more relevant.
I shall be returning the copy that I ordered in August that has just been delivered.
