user friendly guide to anyone teaching or taking the ECDL January 9, 2002

As an MCT Trainer who has recently finished teaching a 12 week ECDL course to 8 delegates, I found this reference guide invaluable to me in preparation of relevant course material and exercises for the delegates to follow. The delegates also found the book to be user friendly and written in plain terms (no jargon) There was the exact amount of detail covered in the book to get them through each of the modules. You could basically follow this book to achieve successful pass marks in each of the module exams. Well worth the money.
