Should not be on the market July 23, 2007
Terrible, terrible, terrible! Having used Pinnacle Studio 10, and having experienced the zero support, no help, endless glitches and the frustration of spening hours editing a movie only to find it will not render, I advised my friend not to touch this Pinnacle product. But she did - and it is truly bad.
I seems to me legally questionable that products can be sold in this way. If I bought a bicycle and it fell apart, what would I do? Get my money back and probably sue for damages. Companies should not be allowed to trade like this.
