I was recommended this product as being "the best on the market" by someone at PC World who claimed to know all there was to know about it.
Two months later and having spent HOURS wasting my time trying to understand it, I'm completely fed up.
A waste of money and time. Don't buy it!

The "technical support" @ Pinnacle has not only been totally useless, an oxymoron would be a more accurate term to describe it. Your software crashed my entire computer and I had to reload my operating system. Dell had to log in to the machine remotely to find out what all else was wrong with it just to get it to boot up again. It took three days and over $100.00 to restore my system. Don't worry, I know your company doesn't have the integrity of even dreaming of reimbursing me. But surprise me - it may be the only shred of decency I'm able to observe from your worthless outfit. Even the Dell tech support said they had never seen software this destructive. I have over 100 manhours invested in this adventure.
I intend to write as many reviews about this at as many web sites as I possibly can. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the BBB, copying Consumer Reports, as well as telling as many friends, family, and even casual acquaintances as I possibly can.
Your product not only does not work, it is destructive. I have dealt with computers and software for over 25 years and this is by far, the worst release to the market I have ever seen. I purchased and installed a competitor's product and it worked flawlessly right out of the box. There is no excuse for your company's insubordination.
I will never purchase another single product with the name "Pinnacle" on the box. The only people I would recommend your product line to is my worst enemy.
