This product does not even deserve a 1 rating. After downloading 3 patches, sending 21 emails to Pinnacle support and making several adjustments to my OS the product would still not capture video without problems. I sent 2 letters to Pinnacle, one to their head of Customer Support and one to the CEO and neither of them could be bothered to respond. All this should tell you that this is one sure product to stay clear of. Considering they claim to be a world leader and supply products to professional outfits they need to address their customer service NOW! Once one problem was fixed another one was there to quickly take its place. Look for something else on this site!
