EASY TO USE AND GOOD VALUE September 21, 2008
I upgraded my version 8 to this and found it just as easy to use, but with a load more effects in the box. The design of the software makes it intuitive and you can create a DVD in no time. If you hook your camcorder up via firewire it creates a 'scene' for every time you press pause and allows you to drop an effect between scenes and also to edit their length/overdub then etc. It works in a similar way/style as Windows movie maker, though with a much greater range of effects/transitions etc and also has DVD recording software bundled in.
