New to Teaching August 12, 2008 I used this book to provide examples for students for ECDL level 1 & 2. Found the book offered easy to follow exercises, able to check work against answers at the back of the book. Gave my students a great deal of confidence and knowledge to complete the final exams. Excellent well worth every penny!
Helpful and clear November 27, 2006 8 out of 9 found this review helpful
This book was a great help to me. I was in a tutor lead class for ecdl but I felt that I still needed more to make sure that I pass each module. Some modules are very hard like Database and spreadsheets, if I didnt have this book to go over and practice the examples, I dont think that I would have passed. Everything is clear and easy to follow, it almost reads as an idiot guide which is a good thing. I would recommend this to anyone that needs the extra help on those tricky modules.

As a tutor, I have found this book really useful for the students before sitting their assessment. Students can check their answers with the back of the book and ask the tutor for additional help if needed.I fully recommend this book to other students.
Good but poor answers February 18, 2003 16 out of 30 found this review helpful
I read the book and i believe that has very poor answers. Only one picture for answer. It isn't enough to understand. The ECDL candidate needs more help. Thank you.
