Fine ... until it died November 15, 2008 The hub was fine - did what it should do. And then it died. It worked fine for 2 years so not so bad but a little bit disappointed.
Beware, this is a USB 1.1 hub March 4, 2008 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
Well, like the title says, this is a USB 1.1 hub, unless none of the USB gadgets you are going to plug in are data intensive this is a good hub. Basically, this hub is good for mouse, keyboard, usb fans, usb remote etc. kind of equipment; if you are thinking of plugging in data intensive enquipment like hard drives, usb flash drives, just forget this hub. If you use this hub to plug in a hard drive into your computer, then data read/write speed will be very low; USB2 has been out for quite a while now. So do yourself a favour and get a USB2 hub, there are a couple nice ones here on Amazon's site, same price.
no worries January 12, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Arrived, plugged in adapter which is a block with 13A plug integrated, fired up and everything works fine. It looks cool, it runs cool and its small enough to sit on the desk.Enough power to run everything I use, Scanner, graphic pad, modem, two printers and a pair of Logitech speakers.

I sat in all morning eagerly awaiting my new Hub. I had tidied up the cables and planned where everything should go. When the hub arrived, though, I was rather disappointed. It was wired with a 2 pin plug and not the UK 3 pin I was expecting. I now have to live with an adapter sticking out of my wall, which isn't the end of the world, but wasn't what I would have chosen. The Hub does work well and I can use the first 4 ports without the power adapter so all is not lost. I would have chosen a different product if I had known about the plug though.
