Excellent Memorystick October 6, 2008 I bought this memory stick over a year ago and so far I have had very good results. The stability of the stick storage area is excellent and the speed of data transfer 'to & from' is also excellent! Definitely worth the money. If I need a larger capacity one in future, I will stick to the same brand.
Good value for money July 23, 2008 This memory stick is good value for money, durable and fantastic as far as I can tell. I've had mine for over a year and never had any problems. I wanted a memory stick for storing power point files which it does admirably, and I can even run my presentations straight from the drive. All in all a very good purchase.
Flimsy case June 1, 2008 I bought this about 6 months ago as it's pretty cheap - but unfortunately you get what you pay for - the plastic case is not sturdy at all and very easily broken, the plastic sides have come apart on numerous occasions (and I've been looking after it)!! So I'm now in the unfortunate position of losing a couple of days work + important records thanks to this thing breaking on me...

Cheap? Yes. Quality? No.
As far as flash drives go, they all function pretty much the same but for ANY price I don't expect the product to literally fall to pieces the second I plug it in.
Upon trying to use this the entire casing for the product fell to pieces in my hands and I was left with nothing but the circuit board. This is 30 seconds after removing the packaging.
I don't know if this was a one-off or not, but are you willing to take the risk?
2GB bytestor USB stick March 16, 2008 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
I have two Bytestor USB sticks now and I would thoroughly recommend them. I can't seem to fill my 2GB one and they are indcredably durable. Mine had been left in the back of a laptop, someone moved the laptop in a rather heavy handed fashion from what I can tell not realising my USB was plugged in. I came back to find the casing of my USB had come apart showing all the workings inside and the end was bent. To my relief the casing clipped back on, the end back and all my data was still there. I am still using this USB now and it looks as good as new, no one would ever guess the sorry state it had been in.
