Delighted. November 30, 2008
This monitor has got to be one of the best bargains i've ever bought. I took the plunge after weeks of trawling the net looking for a replacement for my old silver flat screen monitor.
Never mind Specsavers i should've gone to Amazon.
After reading the reviews on here i decided to take the plunge and ordered this late Friday afternoon and by Saturday lunchtime i had it out of the box and up and running with the minimum of fuss - a surprisingly easy set-up which took only minutes. I instantly loved the whole look of it. Black, shiny and slim and takes up much less room on my desk, it just sits there looking gorgeous and expensive!
The screen is perfectly clear and bright, and no dead pixels either. I've got used to looking at the widescreen now which i think makes the monitor look a lot bigger than it actually is.
The control buttons on the front suit me as they are easily accessible and look good.
All in all i'm absolutely delighted with this and even more so as it only cost me 99. A bargain!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new monitor.
So well done Amazon, you have 1 highly satisfied customer!!

If you are looking for a PC monitor for your Xbox 360, I couldn't recommend this enough. The size is perfect for a bedroom or small study area, and after hooking it up to my 360 with the relevant cables, and changing the settings to a higher resolution, this is HD gaming on the cheap. The graphics and response rate when playing any game is superb. One thing I will say is that you will have to buy your own speakers, but that shouldn't be a problem.

I bought the Acer P193W this week and I have been absolutely delighted with it. The Amazon reviewers did help me make my choice - I have never bought a LCD screen before - and those that gave rave reviews weren't wrong. I would have liked a bit more information on how to set up my computer with the correct resolution, perhaps Acer could give more info on their site as for me it was quite complicated. But well done Acer on a great product.

I ordered this product on wednesday and had it with free super saver delivery - well it arrived today (friday same week) amazon you are amazing.
To be honest the thing that swayed me to buying this monitor was the amount of possitive of reviews compared to others on the market that were alot more expensive.
For just under 100 well you cant get much better than this, i am sooooo happy with my monitor, the quality, the graphics the size, it came with all the leads needed.
This is my 1st lcd monitor as i have had the old cft monitors and i was worried about going from a 22" cft down to 19" and well i cannot notice any difference the size is about the same size, to be honest this is more than big enough for a computer screen and watching films, any bigger and i think it would be to big especially while sat at a computer desk.
I would recommend this screen to everyone - i bought it as i was tight on cash, and well i would think this would compete with the more expensive monitors aswell. Definatly doesnt look like a cheap monitor - it looks class. With a beautiful black casing.
Go for it, trust the reviews - this comes up the best value for money and definatly is excellent quality!
Rating 110% One of the best buys i have made in a long time.

I ordered this after the monitor I got with my PC stopped working. I really wasn't expecting anything good, not for under 105, but that was all I could afford... how wrong I was! This is an amazing monitor, it may not have speakers, but so what! I already had speakers. This is the best buy that I have made for a long time.
