Does exactly what it says on the tin.
Couldn't be easier to set up, works flawlessly, been using mine with laptop regularly for a few months now, and the battery seems fine. Mouse is not too small like some similar mice. Dongle is not as compact as I thought it would be - you have to be a bit careful if moving your laptop round with this sticking out of the back but that's a very minor point.
Shame MS don't produce software of this quality! ;-)

I recently bought this mouse from Amazon for my son to use on his Laptop. It arrived within a couple of days and he set it up himself no problem at all. We both agree that it does it's job brilliantly. It also has no probs with range as we had it working at 4 metres without a problem.
The way the dongle nests into the mouse for storage & transport is great.
It is thoroughly reccomended !

Couldn't have been simpler, insert the supplied battery, plug in the USB reciever and your done. Windows XP recognised the beast straight away, no software or drivers to load. BRILLIANT!!

This mouse is excellent. Just put the battery in, put the dongle into the computer and away you go. No problems, no fuss.. Well happy.

Having had a Microsoft wireless mouse before I wanted to stick to their hardware as its one thing Microsoft are pretty decent at. This mouse is no exception, it is very compact and uses only one battery! The fact that detaching the small wireless dongle from the pc and attaching it to the mouse turns it off to save batteries is even better.
Its pretty accurate too and the only issue I might point out for it is that its range is not amazing as it is designed to be used next to your laptop and so the receiver is wherever your usb port is. I tried it across my bedroom even using the side USB port but no joy. Would probably work better in my room with a USB extension cable or something.
Overall though very nice mouse!
